Often, when I've been searching for a sex toy that won't cost an arm and a leg, I've quickly resigned myself to the fact that I'm going to have to settle for something sub-par. That's why I was so excited to read Natasha's review of the Lovehoney Power Play G-spot vibrator, because this one is different.

Despite being a battery-powered vibe, it's housing a powerful motor inside. In fact, Natasha mentioned that "Usually the first setting on a toy is pretty much useless to me, but this is lovely". She was impressed at how strong the vibrations felt, and even found the higher speeds a bit too much for her! We should also take a look at the shape of it — the dramatic curve of the shaft is designed for you to be able to reach your g-spot with ease. The slim curve and the soft silicone combined made it so that Natasha found it "so easy to slide right in. I tested the Satisfyer Pro 2 Gen 3 myself, and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it! Having tried the original and beloved Satisfyer Pro 2, I was excited for this upgrade and what the new functions would feel like.

My favorite part by far was the Liquid Air function, which was truly the closest I've seen a sex toy come to simulating oral sex. The thin membrane on the Liquid Air attachment makes direct contact with the clitoris instead of just creating suction around it, and when you apply a generous amount of lube, it feels just like a tongue lapping gently against your clit. The regular clit suction mouth was a winner for me, too, as I'm pretty sensitive, and the wide, soft mouth was pleasurable without being overstimulating.

Another new addition to this toy is the option of vibrations. They are a little buzzy, and not super powerful, but I thought that they added a little extra pizazz to my playtime without becoming too overwhelming. Whether you end up enjoying them or not, I think the Satisfyer Pro 2 Gen 3 is perfect for beginners because it allows for so many different ways to play. You can enjoy a ton of variety and versatility without having to fork out for several different vibrators.

Isabelle tested the Doxy Die Cast out for us and (obviously) had a pretty good time! It's one of the strongest vibrators available on the market today, and a perfect for choice for all the power queens and kings out there. It can reach speeds of up to 9000 RPM, which is 3000 more than the Original Hitachi Magic Wand. Plus, it is made from much better, body-safe materials and has a greater range of intensities than that old favorite.

One of the best things about this vibe is the weighted, silicone head, which Doxy designed especially to create uber-rumbly vibrations that reverberate though your whole body. You can also find this tech in wands like the Fun Factory Vim, but the Die Cast is the best example we've found. Isabelle mentioned that the vibrations "are smooth and don't jump around at all... and rumbly, especially on the low settings but even on the higher settings".

Of course, this power does come at a price, both money-wise and practicality-wise. This wand vibrator is pretty big and heavy, so holding it in place may be a challenge for some. However, the weight does also mean that you can lay it down and it will stay in place, providing delicious pressure on your clit while you lie back and enjoy! Isabelle also found herself "surprised by how little you can feel the vibrations in the handle" — something rare for strong vibrators like this one.

That was what Kiki, our Bedbible tester, had to say in her review of this toy. I guess I don't have to tell you that she had an absolute blast with it, and it provided her with some "mind-blowing orgasms". So, what made it such a hit?

In my experience, We-Vibe products are always of high quality and offer a lot of cool extra features ad customization options with the app controls. This vibrator is not exception! It stands out to me because of the dual-motor design that delivers rumbly vibrations to both your g-spot and your vaginal opening. I also really appreciate the bendable neck that allows you to adjust the angle to your body or your preference. These features are game-changers when it comes to g-spot vibrators that don’t tend to offer any pleasure for your external sweet spots!

While Mariah was a bit apprehensive about enjoying internal-only pleasure, she was very quickly convinced otherwise: “I can say this with complete confidence, if you are interested in squirting, or aren’t sure if you can or even if you can but only if you physically try, purchase the Rave 2, and your waterfall will come… and likely involuntarily.”

Like other Le Wand toys, the Blend also has a crazy number of vibration options to choose from. Erica praised them in her review, too: “I also normally am not a huge fan of vibration patterns, but the patterns on the Le Wand Blend are just fabulous”. It doesn’t have independent controls for the internal and external arms, which some people prefer, but it does have patterns that offer isolated clit or G-spot vibrations, as well as patterns that switch between the two. At any time, you can click a button to switch from the “pattern” mode back to the “steady speed” mode, a feature that Erica really appreciated.

Kasia tested it out, and discovered that “the egg’s vibrations are very powerful but quiet simultaneously” — an ideal combination whether you’re using it in public, or just don’t want to be overheard from another room. She found it “very comfortable to wear and walk around with”, and even though public play felt a little intimidating, her partner loved taking over the controls around the house.

The Lush 3’s main focus is internal vibrations, and though it does them well, Kasia was initially disappointed that the external arm didn’t do much for her clit. That means that, unless you’re fine with G-spot vibes alone, the Lush 3 may not be providing many hands-free orgasms. However, part of the fun of this toy is embracing the pleasure of foreplay or long-distance loving, before moving onto to something else for that all-important climax!

When you think of a swan, you may not imagine a bright pink, girthy vibrator, but the Swan Wand has more surprises than that up its sleeve. I personally love a more filling sensation when I’m using an internal vibrator, and as our tester Daphne found out, this toy really hits that mark. It was definitely a larger vibrator than she expected, but she was excited and up to the task.

The Swan Wand is double-ended, so you can choose either the larger 2-inch wide end, or the slimmer 1.5-inch wide end. Importantly, both sides have their own deep, powerful motor, and each can be controlled separately, so whichever side you go for, you can use the other as a handle without vibrating your hand at the same time.

Daphne loved how it’s “curved in all the right ways, is thick and sturdy, and has intense vibration levels“. Making use of both sides, she found the girthy side perfect for external clitoral massage before slowly easing it inside, and the slimmer side ideal for quick G-spot stimulation. Just remember to use plenty of water-based lube with this toy, to warm up enough before you insert it.

Another thing Daphne appreciated was that the Swan Wand, beneath its soft silicone coating, is very rigid. While some users might prefer flexibility in an insertable toy, a rigid toy can also provide a lot more intense pressure. While testing it, she found that “if I’m sitting up and I pull it closer, it hits my clit as well“, which is sometimes what you need to reach all the way to orgasm!

“I had some trouble reaching orgasms in certain positions… but once I could the right position, I was obsessed with it“. The flexible hinge on the Sync 2 means that you can adjust it to fit your body, though you may have to spend some to experimenting to find how it fits you best. While the clitoral arm didn’t always make the contact she wanted with adding a helping hand, Kasia loved that the internal arm was “small enough to quickly slide in, but the shape makes it stay even with more intense thrusting motions“.

While you can use the We-Vibe Sync 2 without any remote controls, you can access the full range of vibration speeds and patterns by using either the handheld remote or via app. I’ve personally heard mixed reviews of the We-Vibe app over the years, but Kasia didn’t have any issues with functionality or connectivity, so it seems like they’ve worked on making it more reliable.

The ZALO Aya is a master of multitasking! In my years of testing and writing about sex toys, I’ve never seen one quite like this. The main body of the Aya is, as our tester Naomi called it, “a compact vibrator with strong, quiet vibrations” — basically a bullet vibe. However, it also comes with a soft silicone, dildo-like attachment that slips onto the end, transforming it into a dual-stimulation vibe. There’s also a strong magnet that you can remove and place on the outside of your panties to transform it into a hands-free panty vibrator. That’s three versatile ways to play!

Naomi had a ton of fun playing around with the different modes of the Aya by herself, using the wireless remote control to explore the different vibration speeds and patterns. However, she enjoyed it even more when she got her partner in on the action. He explored all of the features that the ZALO app offers, including creating his own patterns and syncing the vibrations to music. She mentioned that “this became one of our favorite remote controlled vibrators to use because you can’t even tell it’s on when inserted!”. Since it’s powerful and yet so quiet, the Aya would also make a great wearable vibrator for public play!
